Vortel offers a range of optional flatrate plans to help you save big on calls to the destinations you want. You can use our flatrates anywhere in the world where you have a broadband connection (e.g. DSL or cable Internet).

You don’t have to choose a flatrate to use Vortel; every customer gets a Prepaid Basic balance to make calls anywhere. But if you choose a flatrate when you sign up, you’ll receive 30 Euro off the price of our Vortel Starter Kit. This discount will be automatically deducted when you go through our online signup.

If you choose a flatrate, you might occasionally need to add some cash to your Prepaid Basic account to make calls to numbers outside your plan (such as mobile numbers in the U.K. or Germany). All such calls are charged at our extremely low rates.

We get our flatrate customers started with a complimentary 1 Euro in the Prepaid Basic account, and we’ll let you know when the account gets low and needs topping up.
